Overall, everything was good, and I really appreciate the care and support I received from Dr. Jagjeet Sethi ji. Her behaviour was very kind and caring, almost like a mother. What I appreciated most was that she asked for my permission before examining my private parts by saying, “Deepak, may I examine your private area?” That small gesture made me feel respected, safe, and comfortable. I truly appreciate her professional and compassionate approach.

However, my experience with another doctor was quite different. She directly asked me to show my private parts without first asking for my permission in a respectful manner, which made me feel uncomfortable. I believe that during such sensitive examinations, doctors should always communicate properly, seek consent, and respect the patient’s comfort and privacy.

I also felt uncomfortable when the male doctor examined my private area. I understand that medical examinations are necessary, but I expected better communication and a more professional approach. The doctor also seemed more focused on watching his phone than paying attention to the examination, which made me feel ignored and uncomfortable.

I am sharing this feedback honestly because I believe every patient deserves to feel safe, respected, and comfortable during a medical examination. Apart from these specific experiences, everything else was good, and I hope the hospital takes this feedback positively to improve the patient experience **️

Although there was a bit of a wait due to rush, it was understandable. The consultation felt a bit expensive but definitely worth it.

I’m honestly a little disappointed. I visited today, and they asked me to go from one room to another. I had to enter three different rooms, and they asked me the same questions in each one. This is my first time experiencing something like this, where I had to go through three different rooms before finally getting my prescription.
